Chinese Spaghetti Redneck style
I have boc choy chopped 2 ways, onion, bellpepper, celery, one hamburger frozen patty,dry sketti, some sauce, green on-yun and a cold beer. Let's Cook
Brown up the meat and add the aromatics, garlic powder, and ginger. Let that cook on high heat for a few minutes then dump em in the hot pot with slotted spoon, on hold, and do the next fry segment. The hot pot keeps the everythang warm while you is putting this puppy together.
Add a little sesame oil and saute the bok choy bottoms and the celery, after 3 minutes add the tops. At this point add everything back in the hot tub fer a second let everythang get happy, then dump it back into the hot pot.
Next, drain the sketti after 9 minutes, then add a little bit sesame oil to the noodles so they won't stick together and they will be a chineasy!
For the sauce:
I combined quarter cup of chicken stock, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, one teaspoon sambel, a drop of sesame oil, and one tablespoon cornstarch. And I stirred it good. Yall always stir baby stir. I let it tighten up in the wok a sec, added in half cup water, kept stirrin till it looked chineasy, then added in my sketti and stirfry. I let it all get happy happy fer a sec then added it all back to the hot pot babes. Took the wok to the sink. Gotta wash and respect the Wok yall. Dry and oil the wok yall. Obsessing ova da wok yall! Party on!
Turned out spagtaguler!
